当社は、利用者がTikTokアカウントを連携する際、利用者本人の同意(OAuth認可)に基づき、TikTok APIを通じて以下の情報を取得します。

• アカウント識別子(open_id)
• ユーザー名、表示名、プロフィール画像
• アカウント統計情報(フォロワー数、フォロー数、いいね数、動画数)
• 公開動画のメタデータ(タイトル、再生数、いいね数、コメント数、シェア数、投稿日時等)

当社が利用者のTikTokアカウントのパスワードを取得することはありません。

3. 利用目的

取得した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。

• 所属タレントの活動状況の分析およびレポート作成
• コンテンツ戦略の立案および活動サポート

4. 情報の管理

取得した情報は、Amazon Web Services上で暗号化して保管し、アクセスは業務上必要な当社スタッフに限定します。

5. 第三者提供

当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供しません。

6. TikTokデータの取扱い

当社は、TikTok APIを通じて取得したデータを、TikTok開発者利用規約(TikTok Developer Terms of Service)および関連ポリシーに従って取り扱います。

7. 保持期間と削除

取得した情報は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間に限り保持します。利用者からアカウント連携の解除または情報の削除の申し出があった場合、当社は遅滞なく該当情報を削除します。アカウント連携は、TikTokアプリの「設定とプライバシー > セキュリティ > アプリの権限」からも解除できます。

8. 本ポリシーの改定

当社は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。改定後の内容は本ページに掲示された時点で効力を生じます。

When a user links a TikTok account, the Company obtains the following information through the TikTok API, based on the user's own consent (OAuth authorization):

• Account identifier (open_id)
• Username, display name, and profile image
• Account statistics (follower count, following count, like count, and video count)
• Metadata of public videos (title, view count, like count, comment count, share count, posting date and time, etc.)

The Company never obtains the password of a user's TikTok account.

3. Purposes of Use

The Company uses the information it obtains for the following purposes:

• Analyzing the activities of affiliated talents and preparing reports
• Planning content strategy and supporting talent activities

4. Management of Information

The information obtained is stored in encrypted form on Amazon Web Services, and access is limited to Company staff who require it for their duties.

The Company does not provide the information it obtains to third parties, except as required by laws and regulations.

6. Handling of TikTok Data

The Company handles data obtained through the TikTok API in accordance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and related policies.

7. Retention Period and Deletion

The Company retains the information it obtains only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use. If a user requests revocation of the account linkage or deletion of information, the Company will delete the relevant information without delay. An account linkage can also be revoked from the TikTok app under "Settings and privacy > Security > Apps permissions".

8. Revision of this Policy

The Company may revise this Policy as necessary. The revised content shall take effect at the time it is posted on this page.
