利用規約

本利用規約(以下「本規約」)は、株式会社VOISING(以下「当社」)が提供する「VOISING Creators」(以下「本サービス」)の利用条件を定めるものです。

第1条(適用)

本規約は、本サービスの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されます。利用者は、本サービスを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第2条(本サービスの内容)

本サービスは、当社に所属するタレント・クリエイターの公式SNSアカウント(TikTok等)を連携し、当社が活動分析およびコンテンツ制作のサポートを行うためのポータルです。

第3条(利用資格)

本サービスは、当社の運営スタッフおよび当社所属のタレント・クリエイターが利用できます。

第4条(アカウント連携)

利用者は、自らが正当な権限を有するアカウントのみを連携するものとします。
利用者は、連携先プラットフォーム(TikTok等)の利用規約および関連ポリシーを遵守するものとします。
利用者は、連携先プラットフォームの設定からいつでもアカウント連携を解除できます。

第5条(禁止事項)

利用者は、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

第三者になりすまして本サービスを利用する行為
本サービスまたは連携先プラットフォームへの不正アクセスを試みる行為
本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為

第6条(知的財産権)

本サービスに関する知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。

第7条(サービスの変更・停止)

当社は、利用者への事前の通知なく、本サービスの内容の変更、提供の中断または終了を行うことができます。

第8条(免責)

当社は、本サービスの利用により利用者に生じた損害について、当社に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。

第9条(規約の変更)

当社は、必要と判断した場合、本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲示された時点で効力を生じます。

第10条(準拠法・管轄)

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (these "Terms") set forth the conditions of use of "VOISING Creators" (the "Service") provided by VOISING Inc. (the "Company").

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships relating to the use of the Service. By using the Service, a user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Description of the Service)

The Service is a portal through which the official social media accounts (such as TikTok) of talents and creators affiliated with the Company are linked, so that the Company may analyze their activities and support their content production.

Article 3 (Eligibility)

The Service may be used by the operating staff of the Company and by talents and creators affiliated with the Company.

Article 4 (Account Linking)

A user shall link only accounts for which the user holds legitimate authority.
A user shall comply with the terms of service and related policies of the linked platform (such as TikTok).
A user may revoke the account linkage at any time from the settings of the linked platform.

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

A user shall not engage in any of the following acts:

Using the Service while impersonating a third party
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or to a linked platform
Interfering with the operation of the Service
Violating laws and regulations or public order and morals
Any other act that the Company deems inappropriate

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Intellectual property rights relating to the Service belong to the Company or to third parties holding legitimate rights thereto.

Article 7 (Modification and Suspension of the Service)

The Company may modify the content of the Service, or suspend or terminate its provision, without prior notice to users.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be liable for any damage incurred by a user arising from the use of the Service, except where such damage is caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 9 (Amendment of these Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms whenever it deems necessary. The amended Terms shall take effect at the time they are posted on this page.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute relating to the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance by agreement of the parties.
